My education spans over 25 years—and it’s still ongoing. During my 10+ years at PwC, I mastered the world of numbers. At Vitae, where I spent another 10+ years, I gained deep expertise in people and commerce. In between, I lived and worked abroad, immersing myself in different cultures. And I’m still learning—every day. Finance is my foundation, but my true passion lies in guiding people and teams through transitions, particularly in growing mid-sized companies and scale-ups with diverse stakeholder groups—because that’s where the real action happens.
When I come aboard, I get fully involved. As part of your management team, I take accountability for what we commit to—and I always deliver. My job is done when my successor is fully equipped to take the reins. And as for us? We stay in touch—because you never know when the next great opportunity to work together will arise.
